Robert’s vast knowledge of marine operations and service, coupled with his technical abilities, and outgoing personality, make him a great asset to our marina team! He grew up in the marina industry and began his career at his family-owned and operated marina in Northern Wisconsin on Lake Superior. He stepped away for a few years to serve his country as a United States Marine. He then continued his training at the Marine Mechanics Institute in Orlando, FL.

Prior to joining the Hurst Harbor Service team in 2018, Robert held several roles with South Bay Marine Center in Green Bay, WI including, lead technician, service manager, and yard manager his experience extends beyond just working on boats. He also has a great deal of experience operating boats (up to 70ft Cruisers and 100+ foot houseboats).

Robert is on or in the water just about as much, if not more, than he is on land. He is a certified SCUBA instructor who loves surfing, water skiing, and just good old-fashioned boat rides and hanging out on the water. When he’s not working, he’s spending as much time as possible with his family and friends. He has a passion for motorcycles, classic muscle cars, camping, hiking, and spending time outdoors. He owns 3 boats of his own including a bowrider, a pontoon, and a flat bottom race boat.  Robert resides in Briarcliff, TX with his wife and son.
